“LGBTQ-INCLUSIVE NONDISCRIMINATION POLICIES”

INTRODUCTION:

LGBTQ are now one of member of the society but not all people in the society accept them as a part in
our community. Most of them experience discrimination, abuse, violence, and bullying. These topic is
very need to give an attention because LGBTQ members are also people that want to be accepted in
other people they want to feel loved they want to live normally without persons discriminate them
when they’re going out. This would be good to tackle about especially to those people who are
homophobic. These people need to know how to respect them so that I decided to choose this topic.
Even politicians are arguing about this topic on how they treat the LGBTQ members in our society for
example a gay wants to use a comfort room for women but the janitor disagree about this because he is
still a man so he decided to post it on social media about these many netizens give some good and bad
comments, and these is one of the main problem in our community.

PURPOSE:

Discrimination on LGBTQ members are one of the main problem not only in the Philippines but in the
whole world. So the main goal on this is to promote in our government to have a law to support our
LGBTQ society so that they can fights for their rights they have a confident to show there selves in the
society without judging them to help them to show their talents. Just like the law gave to children and
women they deserve that treatment also.

DESCRIPTION:

LGBTQ-INCLUSIVE NONDISCRIMINATION POLICIES is a type of policy that help our LGBTQ members to
fight for their rights and avoid them to be discriminate and being bullied. Through the help of our
government, politicians, senators, we will make it possible they also see how other people treat the
LGBTQ members in our country. We encourage all of you to obey the law so that we can help each other
even only showing your kindness to other people that would be a great step to make the LGBTQ-
INCLUSIVE NONDISCRIMINATION POLICIES possible.
