Working long hours is becoming more common in recent years. This phenomenon caused
for many reasons. In this essay will discuss why spending long hours at work is
being more widespread, and the various advantages and disadvantages of this
phenomenon.

Nowadays, people are overworking to earn enough money to spend their lives. In many
places, because of the escalating living cost, people need more money, so they
solve the problem by working overtime. For example, the complication of the Covid-
19 pandemic has hindered the work of some people. These people have to find a job
that can help them earn their lives and work harder. However, there are still some
people who enjoy working as a hobby, and they work without regard to time.

Spending extra working hours has the benefits and drawbacks sides. We can make more
money by working harder, but it's not safe for our health. For instance, if you
work late at night, you will sleep in your class on school. Or you will have a
stomach ache if you skip meals.

In conclusion, spending long hours at work has many positive and negative
improvement. I think we have to work overtime reasonably.
