    What is art appreciation

    • Art appreciation is about studying and knowing the history and cultures behind the variety of
    artworks and art practices that has been around in centuries. We study about the first kinds of
    arts, which is cave painting, and we understand how art was created for the survival of mankind.
    We also understand how different art movements come and go and why they surface. By studying
    art appreciation, we do not only understand where art came from, we also know how to look at
    art better and appreciate the artist that created it.
