A DEMONSTRATION LESSON PLAN

I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the learning period, learners should be able to:
A. Describe each tool according to its specification;
B. Provide specific functions for each tool in the kitchen;
C. Show the connection between the specification of tools and the family life.

A. Activity
 Introduce the game “Gibberish challenge” by giving a sample.
 Each of them will follow the instruction given in the activity.
 The teacher will check the work of students.
B. Analysis
 Discuss the lesson which is Specification of Kitchen Tools.
 Ask the students about their ideas on Specification of Kitchen Tools.
 Introduce the different kitchen tools
 Discuss the uses of each kitchen tools.
C. Abstraction
 What is the importance to have specification of kitchen tools in
D. Application
 The teacher let the students read the question on the screen and let them
answer each number.
 The students will answer the given tools and give the functions and uses.
E. Evaluation
 The teacher let the students to draw a Family Tree and let them relate to
the topic discussed.

IV. ASSIGNMENT
 Review the standard table of weights and measures in baking.
