suppressed feelings that brings tranquility afterward. Third, it's a means of expression. It is true
to a certain extent that all art is a confession. All art is inspired by suppressed desires, unmet
hopes, joy, love, or frustration. Furthermore, it is healing. It makes people feel calmer all the
time, not just in the heat of the moment. Art is engaging, and helps them keep our minds off the
darkness that often envelops us in our daily lives. Art is something that we encounter at every
step in our lives. Each of these things have an impact on us on a level so intrinsic we cannot
notice, but combined together, their presence and appreciation is what shapes our lives.
