一、总则 General
本起重机满足CCS 船级社的最新规范要求，主要供船舶起吊生活用品及其
它杂物。

This crane conforms to the requirements of CCS classification soicety,

It’s mainly used for lifting living goods and others sundries etc.

本起重机的起重量为 4T，回转半径为 4m。

This crane rated lifting capacity is 4T, the slewing radius is 4m.
本起重机可在小于 360°范围内作起升、回转两个动作，两个动作均为电动
驱动。
This crane can accomplish lifting and slewing by electric power
drive within the limit of 360°.
本起重机的吊臂为变截面箱形梁，吊钩的有效起升高度为 30m，各机构运动
安全，平稳，可靠。
This jib of crane is non-uniform cross section box beam, the lift
effective height is 30m, all kinds of mechanism running safety, smoothly,
reliability.

三、 零部件结构 Construction
1 吊钩 Hook
本吊钩按 GB1949-80 船用吊钩标准制成，吊钩额定起重量为 4t。起吊时应
垂直起吊。
This hook is made according GB1949-80 MARINE HOOK
STANDARD, its rated lifting capacity is 4t, when lifting good, it must
lifting vertically.
2 吊臂 Jib
本吊臂为变截面箱形结构，具有重量轻，强度高的特点。它的后上方安装有
起升机构。
This jib of crane is non-uniform cross section box beam construction,
it has relative light weight and high strength. Lifting mechanism is
installed upon the back of jib.
3 起升机构 Lifting mechanism
起升机构是本起重机的主要工作机构之一，它由带制动器的起重电机、摆线
针轮减速机及卷筒组成。减速机在电动机驱动下旋转，卷筒随之转动进行起升或
下降动作。不工作时，制动器摩擦片受弹簧力作用而常压紧，处于制动状态，工
作时，电磁铁使弹簧片压缩，制动器摩擦片放松，解除制动状态。

The lifting mechanism is one of the main working mechanism,

consisting of lifting motor with brake, cycloidal gear speed reducer and
drum.
4 回转机构 Slewing mechanism
回转机构也是本起重机的主要工作机构之一，它可使被提升在空间的重物绕

起重机轴线作回转运动。它与起升机构相配合，可将重物运送到工作空间内的任
何位置。
The slewing mechanism is one of the main working mechanism too,
it can turn the goods which is lifted by the hoisting mechanism to
anywhere.
5 电控部分 Electric control system
本电控设备专为本起重机配套，电源为 AC440V，60HZ，用来控制起升，
回转两台电机运转，起停，其控制方式为手动。另外，还在起重机的相关位置安
装了限位开关，从而实现起重机的起升，回转限位，即当起重机起升、回转到某
一极限位置时，限位开关断开相应电动机的电源，起到了限位保护作用。

This electric system is specially design for this crane, the power

source:AC440V,60Hz. In order to control hoisting and slewing two motor

running. Limit switches are provided for the hoisting & lowering and

slewing .Class of protection of the electric equipment conforms to the

requirements for using on board.

四、 安全保护 Safety protect

本起重机的吊钩上升至吊臂上端某一位置时，限位开关动作，吊钩即自行停
止上升。
The hook is rise to limit position of the jib, the limit switch act, the
motor is turned off the electric power, the hook rises stop.
本起重机具有足够长度的钢丝绳，以便在满足规定的起升高度后，仍有充足
的钢丝绳缠绕在卷筒上，以避免在下降时钢丝绳被全部放出，以保证安全。
The crane have enough long wire rope, so that it reaches specified
hoisting height, enough wire rope around the drum too. guarantee safety.
本起重机的回转支承处安装了两个限位开关，可在两个方向上分别使起重机
的回转动作在极限位置处自动停止。

The crane installed the two limit switches on side of the slewing bearing,

respectively, on both directions turn the jib to move the limit position and

it can be automatic cut-off limit switch.

当电气控制部分发生故障或应急失电时，可通过调节电机末端的刹车螺钉使
悬挂在空中的重物放下。

When the electrical control system is failure or emergency lost, by the

end of the motor brake adjustment screw , the goods hoisted in the air can

be putting down.
本起重机带有手动释放装置，当船舶处于失电或紧急状况下，可以缓慢手
摇转动电机尾部刹车释放螺栓，此时重物可以缓慢降放。

This crane with hand release device, when the ship is in lose electric or

emergency, can slow hand turn motor tail, when heavy braking release

bolts that slowly lowered.

五、 使用及保养 use and maintenance

1 使用前准备情况 The use of pre-conditions

(1) 检查起重机周围是否有妨碍工作的其它杂物存在。

Check whether there is other sundries around of it hampered the

crane work.

(2) 检查各润滑部位及钢丝绳润滑情况。

Check lubrication site and the situation of rope lubricated.

(3) 检查钢丝绳是否完好无损，如有必要应及时更新。

Check whether the rope intact, if necessary, should be updated.

(4) 检查各联接螺栓是否松动。
在确保无误后，方可操纵起重机回转或吊钩升降动作，实现起吊，运送物品。

Check whether the joint bolts loose.

In ensuring accurate, before operating crane movements, and lifting

and transporting goods.

2 保养 Maintenance

(1) 定期对钢丝绳，减速箱，滚动轴承等需要润滑的部件加润滑脂或润滑油。

Wire rope ,gear box, the need for of rolling bearings and other

components is added lubrication grease or lubrication oil.

(2) 所有不工作零件表面，应涂刷油漆，以防生锈。

All parts do not work surface should be painted to prevent rust.

(3) 经常检查钢丝绳末端在卷筒上的固定情况。

Carry out regular checks of the end of the rope reel on the situation

fixed

(4) 定期检查起升、回转机构减速箱内润滑油质量，不符合要求时及时更换。

Regular inspection lifting,slewing reduce box quality of the

lubricant oil, do not meet the requirements, and replace in time.

六、 润滑油牌号 type of the lubricant oil
