1, Sulphosalicylic Acid Test:
Take 2 ml of urine sample ina ;

forms a layer over the Robert's solution,
Awhite ring is formed at the junction of Robert's solution and urine sample.

CONCLUSION
1. Insulphosalicylic acid test, the whitish/cloudy turbidity shows the presence of albumin
in the urine sample.
2. In Heller's test, formation of a white ring is an indicative of the presence of albumin in
the urine sample.
