 NETWORK PERMISSION LETTER - TATA SKY BROADBAND

Subject: Permission for laying fibre broadband cable network.

With reference to Tata Sky Broadband’s proposal to develop free of cost FTTH broadband network in
our campus/society; we hereby permit you for laying and developing a fibre-to-home broadband
network with below terms:

1. Tata Sky Broadband will develop and maintain the entire FTTH network free of cost.
2. Tata Sky Broadband shall ensure interruption-free & damage-free network deployment; and for
inconsequential, or other nature of damages to society property and campus, Tata Sky
Broadband shall be directly accountable to restore induced damages to its original or pay for the
damage.
3. Tata Sky Broadband shall deploy its fibre network cables by using existing cable routes, tray and
vertical-horizontal shafts of the society. In case there is no existing route for cables, Tata Sky
Broadband shall propose an alternate route with the society’s consent.
4. In case any theft, accident, misbehave or any other incident occurs by Tata Sky Broadband
operators/workers during contract period inside the society, the society will discontinue the
contract with a 1-month notice period to Tata Sky Broadband.
5. Tata Sky Broadband operators/workers must follow society rules, in case of failure of which the
society has the right to discontinue the contract

Tata Sky Broadband will start and complete the network deployment work within 10 days from the
date of the permission letter.
