    Yesterday i.e. on 18/06/2020 the Ld. Session Judge, Paschim
    Medinipur has granted anticipatory bail U/S- 438 Cr.P.C. vide Criminal
    Misc. Case No. 1702/2020 to Sri Rabindranath Barman and Soumen
    Barman in c/w Kotwali P.S. Case No. 321/2020, dt. 21.05.2020.
    Due to lock-down for COVID-19, the normal functioning of the
    court has not yet been resumed and hence the certified copy of the bail
    order dt. 18.06.2020 is not available.
    The copy of the order will be sent as soon as it will be available.
