After the preliminaries, the SSG Vice-President and the facilitator of the meeting Mr. Aron Quijance,
discussed thoroughly the agenda of the meeting. Ms. Sharon Tabago, SSG president gave the
purpose of statement of the meeting about “Gulayan sa tahanan” contest. Then Mr. Aron Quijance,
SSG vice-president continued discussing the Guidelines on Vegetable Gardening at Home Contest
2021. Ms. Sharon Tabago, SSG president and Ms. Bianca, SSG Adviser approved the guidelines.

It will be divided into 5 categories:

Grade 7

Grade 8

Grade 9

Grade 10

SHS Students

1. Participants must be a bonafide student of San Pablo National High School.

2. All sections are required to join. Every section must compile videos and pictures into 1 video about
the garden of students for “Gulayan sa Tahanan” contest

3. Create a Group Chat for grade level, intended for participants.

4. The video compilation will be judged from the beginning of gardening until the day of deadline.

Start from April to April.

Whereas, Mr. Aron Quijance, SSG vice-president, reminded the class officers and SSG officers for the
ongoing activity “My God, My verse”. Where everybody must post Qur-an or Bible verses every
Monday.

Ms. Sharon Tabago, SSG President, discussed the future activities such as Tree growing activity that
will take place

When: April 5, 7:30 A.M, Tuesday.

Where: Tacurong Pilot Elementary School.

What: Tree Planting, seedlings will be provided and extras might planted by the bonafide students

Who: SSG Officers and Students (optional)

Ms. Sharon Tabago, SSG President, also discussed the Virtual Spirit Week with the purpose in
engagement of San Pablo NHS students.

The guidelines are;

1. Take picture or video

2. Tag with #TatakSPNHS
3. Will start at 2nd week of June to the rest of school year 2021-2022.

Monday: Pet Day

Tuesday: Picture with Family

Wednesday: Tiktok Videos

Thursday: Picture with Friends

Friday: Workout Day

After the deliberation, Ms. Sharon Tabago says everyone must visit Youth Formation Page for
updates. Mr. Aron Quijance, SSG vice-president thanked the SPNHS students by attending the virtual
meeting. The Virtual meeting is ended with a prayer by Joshua Mira, Grade 9 Chairperson and photo
ops.
