Description The metal detector continuously monitors status and performance. Should a system fault or condition exist, the detector will output a warning, caution, or fault message to indicate the status. ‘The effect each type of status message has on the detector is described below. Ensure the conveyor has no contamination in the belting. Ensure there are no metal free zone violations. Ensure there are no electromagnetic ground loops. . Remove the (4) 13mm bolts that secure the Module to the head or enclosure. Unplug the 6 pin in-line connector from the right hand side of the Module.
