Pakistan cricket board has identify potential following risk

A. Umpires failing to show up at the designated game

B. Fighting between the teams
C. Perpetual error committed by umpire that determines the outcome of a game
D. Inadequate parking
E. Serious injuries

How could you respond risk responses considering these and why?

Answer:
I will respond risk responses considering these by:

(A) Retaining Risk:

Because umpires failed to show their skills which lead to designated game. So I make a
conscious decision to accept the risk. According to the code of conduct in ICC
(International Cricket Council), umpire decision will be the final decision on the field no
player allows arguing on it.

(B) Avoiding Risk:

Because during the match, fighting between two teams should be avoid able risk.
Changing the plan instantly in the ground to eliminate the fighting condition.

(C) Mitigating Risk:

Because PCB must have to reduce these types of umpires which have adverse impact on
the match due to their poor performance and perpetual error committed that determines
the outcome of a game.

(D) Transferring risk:

Because I think PCB should transfer inadequate parking because if there is no more space
for parking in the stadium PCB should paying a premium to pass this risk to another
party. The party will arrange parking space near the Stadium by requiring Build Own
Operate Transfer (BOOT) provisions.

(E) Mitigating Risk:

Serious injury should be reducing because it has adverse incident occurs in the ground.
PCB should focus on reducing these types of incidents as they have direct impact on
player life and cricket game.
