Ticket queue management/initial alert and call Incident management

Manage M365 accounts (documented Installing, configuring and troubleshooting

Eaglesoft, PBS Enterprise, Endovision, Dentrix,
Open Dental,Ortho2 and Ortho exec
Collect information on incoming trouble calls Install, configure, test and maintain operating
(documented procedures). systems, application software and system
management tools (rectangle, Ninja RMM, VSA,
Dental Xchange,Gaidge, Network printers and
scanners, Intra Oral Scanners *Dexis, Schick
Create user training video libraries with Microsoft Monitor and test application performance for
Stream. potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions,
and work with developers to implement those
fixes

Documentation edits/update Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for


problem resolution.
Training other team members
Documentations (standardizing SOP's)
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
