Responsible for:
Senior Executive reports directly to the COO to provide executive support to ensure effective and
efficient workflow for the COO’s office.
Activities:
● Plan, coordinate and ensure effective and efficient functioning of the COO’s office.
● Act as the point-of-contact and facilitate smooth communication between the COO’s office and
International Counterparts/CSUs/Sectors/Enterprises; demonstrating leadership to maintain
credibility, trust and support with Senior Management staff.
● Research, collect and analyze information to ensure timely and accurate workflow.
● Prepare presentations, pitch decks, agendas, meeting minutes, reports, special projects and other
documents in support of the COO.
● Set up and maintain various files, correspondences and reports- available for reference.
● Arrange various (internal/external) meetings and events on behalf of the COO’s office.
● Exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality to handle diverse situations and matters.
● Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the COO.
