 Do not need to depend on any human your job will only done by God.
 Job market in UAE is always active and in transition, circle is going on, many people
entering as many people leaving so there is a place for you definitely
 Do not listen to any single person around you who give you negative vibes at all
 Stay away from any negativity, discouragements and frustration these all will affect
your performance.
 Be active and focused on your task
 Do not talk about luck your duty is to do effort rest leave on Allah
 Spend at least 12 hours per day in job search
 Have pure intentions you will get your way soon
 Offer salah 5times a day

WHAT FIELD YOU BELONG TO

 You should have command over your field

 You should know top MNC companies related to your field
 You should know TOP Local companies in your field
 If you belong to general category like accounts, IT, Marketing etc then apply
massively and without thinking, just APPLY
 You should have linked in connections related to your filed or your targeted
company

CV and Its Importance

 CV is the only tool that will take you to the interview

 Where ever you are applying please understand that you are not the only one who
applied for that position, 1000 people already applied
 Your CV should be so attractive that recruiter Shortlist you
 What you are, how is your performance can be analyzed in an interview only and
that interview will be initiated after your CV shortlist
 Give time to your CV 5 or 10 even 20 days but give time, Do not copy paste except
attractive format.
 Please consider you CV is the only thing which will give you a JOB

 Don’t add Home Country number

 Don’t add CNIC number
 Don’t add father name

  Don’t add home address
 MUST add your picture with white background
 Top heading should be your profession not your name
 Keep your achievements and certification in page one
 Use word Professional more like professional experience or professional
qualification
 Put education section at end before personal details
 Add visa status
 Try to ad logos of your companies where u have worked before
 Highlight your designation and time period in bold letters
 Make it maximum of 2 or 3 pages not more then that.
 Replace your name with your profession Heading more bold and big font

CHECKLIST FOR JOBSEEKER BEFORE COMING TO DUBAI !!!!

I have list down all important tasks which you need to complete as your ground work
before coming to Dubai, your this act will help you to get maximum interviews and
responses. For best results kindly follow all steps. Make a separate notebook for your job
search GOOD LUCK!!!

 Documents should be attested, only last degree, first from HEC then Foreign
affairsand then Dubai Embassy.
 Work on your CV, make it perfect, try to add Dubai num on CV
 Make account on all job sites(list given below)
 Sent email before coming 25 days to all places so when you land you can get
response) email data base also I will provide you can ask me
 You should know companies/sectors of your relevant field , open their website and
bookmark on your task bar
 You should have plan of your every day, spent 12 hours minimum for job search.
 You should have all addresses and emails or phone num of all relevant
companies (some I have, ask me)

  You should know about recruitment agencies (I have List take from me)
 Avoid your visit always during holiday season specially Ramadan till Eid ul adha,
best time is to visit from SEP TO MARCH
 Use linked in to make connection, daily add 10 people of your relevant field,
Pakistani by nationality and at good positions some of them will be helpful for you,
so a week before your flight make a nice message of 5 lines and send to all of them.
So at least few of them may respond you
 Make at least 5 hotmail or Gmail accounts so u can send more than 1000 emails in a
day otherwise one single account can send only 600 emails per day.

NOTE: To send emails you need huge data and you can get it from me. this act is most
important so please strictly follow this.

●Create 5 Email ids hotmail or Gmail(to send bulk emails)

● Daily add 10 LinkedIn Connections
● Recruitment list ready in hand take from me
●Companies/Banks/Hotels/Retail open their website and make account in their
career page(Top names mentioned in this guide)
●Join Facebook job groups(Any search in key word)
● Follow 50 recruitment/ Head hunters on linked in who are active n posting jobs
regularly
●Join whatsapp group for jobs(inquire and search )
●Check once with your personal references
● Research about your specific field companies or sector
● Take bulk emails data from me as per you field or general(send me request at
yourjobhelp@hotmail.com) mention your field
●Arrange UAE number if possible for you to ad on CV(Optional)
● Start applying before 25 days of your arrival in UAE

Checklist for job seeker if you are in Dubai !!!

1. Send emails as much u can daily from the data, 2 Page per email so by 5 email
accounts daily try to finish 10 pages, ignore bounced back emails. Focus on sent
ones
2. Post your ad on dubizzle and gulf news daily
3. Do not spend money unnecessarily and never pay to anyone who promise you for
the job as registration
4. Stay focused and stay away from any negative vibes or people around you.
5. Do not waste time at all, daily 6am to 6pm should be your job search,avoid applying
on weekends
6. Meet new people, interact and take always more and more information.
7. Check dubbizle and gulf news daily for vacancies
8. Big companies career pages visit daily any 10
9. You should know metro route within your first week
10. Companies career pages specially top ones.(mentioned below)
11. Make new linked in connections every day and after 20 days forward them a
message of 3 lines that you are looking for a job etc
12. You should have idea of major areas of Dubai
13. Every single page you may visit again so do not forget to bookmark on your task bar
14. Join 10 face book groups and keep posting or taking information
15. Do not pay a single dirham to any one for job
16. Send bulk emails using Gmail account(copy addresses and paste into BCC)
17. Jobs website daily visit 10 and apply from there(list given below)
18. For CV formats go to MS FOFFICE WORD click file on top left click new a list will
appear scroll down click resumes and CV choose format according to your choice or
field enter your data and have your professional CV wd u in minutes…
19. For bulk email data will be provided by me, now when you will send emails from
that bulk data so possible some emails will bounce back so do not worry about that
ignore and focus on SENT emails.
20. If you do not know how to send bulk email either use bulk email software or either
you can check from ms office through you tube but manually you can have multiple
email accounts for example you can make 5 accounts so daily you can send from
them, because one email can send 600 emails per day so defiantly you will be
required more email as data what I have is more than enough for you INSHALLAH

IMPORTANT TIP:

 When you are sending bulk emails then do not add any email id in To only
copy paste many email ids in bcc only
 It is huge data and it will take time as well, send 2 copied paste from each
data file and paste per email. So you have 5 emails you made so copy and
send 2 pages from each email total it will be 10 pages from 5 emails. Many
emails will bounce back you just have to ignore because might be those are
invalid emails

  When You are sending CV, Attach CV And Cover Letter And Write 3 Lines In
body see Example below:

Hope you are doing great, kindly enclose the attachment for 7+ Marketing Professional. I am

Kindly consider for immediate availability.

INTERVIEW CALL

 Do not attend every interview, First ask them position and salary then ask them to
send all details through email
 Keep in your mind minimum expectation by considering your cost of
accommodation/food/transportation and personal
 If any interview call came do not get panic if you are in middle of something ask
them to call you back in an hour they will surely call you back do not worry
 Be confident in your every interview, ALLAH is raaziq only, you should have great
communication skills and be confident
 Most importantly many interviews they will say you are fresher and you do not have
UAE experience so be confident and reply them back that

“ I can not bring UAE experience from my home country, so being qualified and
professional you can analyze my strengths and knowledge, its very obvious I will get
UAE experience from UAE only. So I feel its not mandatory. I am quick learner and
assure you impeccable performance”
 When you are about to sign an offer letter, take your time, read it and then sign.

Questions you should ask

You have right to ask any information you required, be confident and ask them.

 What are timings? are these fixed?

 Day off in the office?
 Medical Insurance included?
 Annual ticket and annual leave?
 Any other benefits?
 What about accommodation?

Task After Getting Job:

Congratulations you have done it. Now you have reached your success point, There are
some information you need to know.

 You get job, now next is your medical will be on way

 Your next is ID Card.
 Next is Bank account, Check with HR, if they can open file in same bank account
where your salary is deposited.
 SAVE Money SAVE Money in UAE as much you can
 Credit card is very useful but only apply if you can handle, always apply for free for
life card, always pay full amount.
 Invest in gold, if you do not have full amount buy gold of 5000/dhs and make it in
installment of 6 months with 0% interest once 6 month finish buy again and make
installments.
 Even you can’t buy this amount gold, buy 1 gram gold coin every month.
