MacBook Air M1

The MacBook Air has undergone a number of changes since its debut, but the switch to Apple's own M1
chip is likely the most significant.

With the M1 chip, the new Air offers genuinely remarkable performance in a thin and light design, with
battery life being substantially longer than with the Intel model.

If you've used a recent model, you'll be familiar with a lot of the new MacBook Air's features thanks to
its essentially unaltered appearance, albeit the recently introduced Magic Keyboard is a significant
improvement over the previous model's butterfly keys.

It's also simple to overlook the added value provided by Apple's fairly complete suite of programs, which
may eliminate the need for additional software purchases.

Asus Zenbook 14 OLED

The most recent Zenbook 14 needs to be mentioned even if the premium Zenbook line isn't typically
connected with students. It costs a bit more than some of the other items on this list, but the additional
expense is justified.

The 14-inch, 4K OLED display is unquestionably the standout feature, albeit less expensive variants
employ LED. It is a component of an amazing design that weighs only 1.35kg and has a ton of ports.
Most students don't require the additional power of a discrete GPU, so Intel's most recent CPU
performance is good. Another major strength is battery life.

It's undoubtedly worth taking into consideration if you're ready to spend four figures and can look
beyond the trackpad's meager built-in number pad.

Acer Swift 5

Even though it weighs only 1.05kg, the Acer Swift 5 is surprisingly powerful.

The most recent 11th-generation Intel chips come in Core i5 or Core i7 varieties, and a separate Nvidia
GPU is also a possibility. Acer has nevertheless been able to add a Full HD LCD screen, a 720p webcam,
and a variety of ports (albeit without ethernet).

Additionally, a strong battery life comfortably allows for a full day of use, and Thunderbolt 4 support
allows for quick data transmission. Although the Swift 5 might be noisy and its speakers aren't the best,
it does very well overall.
