08:30 – 09:30 Meet on arrival at Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport, transfer to city center.
09:30 – 11:30 Morning city tour: visit Ho Chi Minh’s House, His Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday and the
whole months of October-November), One-Pillar Pagoda.
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch at local restaurant.
12:30 – 14:30 Continue to visit the and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam).
15:00 – 18:00 Discovery HaNoi Church, Hanoi Old Quarter, walking to Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful
green waters, The Huc Bridge (take photo outside), ThapBut (Pen Tower), Opera House, Ly Thai To Flower
Garden, Free for shopping tour in the Hanoi Old Quarter.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner at local restaurant.
Check in and overnight in Hanoi.

Note Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum closes on Mondays, Fridays for maintenance and every afternoon. So,
you will visit outside of Ho chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House on
stilt, One pillar pagoda as normal

DAY 02: HANOI – NINH BINH (TRANG AN –BAI DINH PAGODA) - HA NOI (B/L/D)

07:30 – 09:30 Our guide will come to pick you up from your hotel, departing 2 hour driving along green fields and
villages on the two sides of highway number 01.
09:30 – 11:30 Arrive at the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La
Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight…
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant.
13:00 – 16:00 Continue to visit TrangAn Scenic Landscape complex nearby which was recently recognized as an
UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic
mountain and green fields landscape. Boat takes you to visit the cave complex of TrangAn: Sang Cave, Toi Cave,
Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wilderness, the scenery of mountains and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh
Binh.
16:00 – 18:00 Drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner at Local restaurant. Overnight in HaNoi.

09:30 – 11:30 you’ll move to Mua Cave where there isthe most beautiful place to view in Ninh Binh, which is
considered as “miniature Great Wall” of Vietnam, hiking to the peak of Mua cave, you will see whole Tam Coc
landscape and Ninh Binh city.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant.
13:00 – 16:00 After that, you’ll visit Tam Coc (three caves), a peaceful valley among limestone ‘karst’ hills, There,
you’ll be rowed along a gentle river between paddy fields and through the caves.
16:00 – 18:00 Drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner at Local restaurant. Overnight in HaNoi.

DAY 03: HANOI – HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE - HANOI (B/L/D)

06:30 - 08:30 breakfast at hotel.

08:30 – 12:00 Transfer to Ha Long Bay (150 km east of Hanoi), listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding
natural beauty. “Dragon descending to the sea” as it is known in Vietnamese, picturesque Ha Long Bay has more
than 1,000 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes.
12:00- 16:00: Arrival Tuan Chau Island. Check on Boat and have Vietnamese traditional Lunch with seafood while
cruising though the amazing rocks: Chicken Rock, Dinh Huong Islet…Explore the longest, biggest and the most
beautiful grotto of Ha Long bay (Sung Sot grotto - Surprising grotto).
16:30 – 19:30 Afternoon, we finish our boat trip and back to the pier and drive back to HaNoi.
19:30 – 20:30 Dinner at Local restaurant. Overnight in Ha Noi.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

 All cancellations should be made in writing prior 1 month (30 days) to arrival date and should be
acknowledged by PNT travel, no cancellation fee will be charged and subject to group size
 For FIT reservation 06 passengers or less, cancellation will be charged as follows.
- 21 days to 8 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total invoice charge
- 7 days to 4 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charge
- 3 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charge
 For GIT reservation 07 passengers or more, cancellation will be charges as follows.
- 21 days to 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charges
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charges
 For any no show will be charged full total invoice charge.
 Reduction in the number of passengers against requested bookings is considered and treated as
cancellations.
 Postponement or changes of dates against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.
 All deposit are nonrefundable. In the event of payment default on the deposit schedule, PNT Travel reserves
the right to release confirmed services.
 PNT Travel reserves the right to release all services not guaranteed by deposit, unless written credit
arrangements subject to approval or fax undertaking of booking have been received by PNT Travel and
your side are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the above.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Rate is quoted in US dollars per adult base on half twin or double room and applied for private package
tour.
 Rate is applicable for Indian passport holders. If your client holds other passport, please contact us for more
details.
 The above quotation is based on a group and should the numbers decrease, we reserve the right to revise the
package rate.
 Please be aware that any changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances might result in increase
in pricing.
 The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, road condition, flight, type of class and
operating conditions.
 Meals are fusion on Pure Jain Veg Meals with daily normal buffet breakfast at hotel. Guests should advise
any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (1) week prior to the arrival
date.
 Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa
expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in.
 Otherwise, entrance may be denied by customs authority.
 The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to local traffic situations, weather conditions or any
un-foreseen circumstances or local authority decision. Local tour operator reserves full rights to replace
all items with same values for guests
 TRAVEL SAFETY & COMFORTABLE JOURNEY will be priority for tourists.
 NO refund can be made if any of the items included in the package are not utilized either fully or partially.
 Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers
