This is a project in which the developer leases land at annual 1% land cost owned by Seoul REIT to build and op-
erates affordable rentall housing for 30 years. 80% construction cost loan is guaranteed by Seoul City HUG loan,
and it is a highly publicly leveraged stable real estate investment opportunity. The business team is a "compre-
hensive real estate solution company led by female entrepreneurs" established by Melody Song, an architect from
Yale University who won world-renowned architectural awards, and an accountant and strategy consultant from
Samil Accounting Corporation/McKinsey & Company.
