It was a hot and humid day in the dense jungle of Lustria.

Captain Wilhelm of the

Empire Expeditionary Force wiped the sweat from his brow as he surveyed the
situation. His men were exhausted and thirsty, and they had been stranded in this
godforsaken place for weeks.

The mission had been simple: travel to Lustria, a distant land filled with ancient
ruins and treasures, and claim them for the Empire. But things had not gone as
planned. Their ships had been attacked by vicious sea creatures, and they had been
forced to make landfall.

The jungle was a treacherous place, filled with all manner of beasts and dangers.
They had fought off all manner of strange creatures, from venomous snakes to giant
spiders. But the worst were the Saurus, the massive, intelligent reptiles that
guarded the ruins of the ancient Slann.

The expedition had been decimated by the Saurus, and Wilhelm knew they were lucky
to have survived this long. But their supplies were running low, and they had no
way to call for help. They were stranded, lost in the jungle, with no hope of
rescue.

Wilhelm knew what he had to do. He gathered his remaining men and made a plan. They
would gather all the supplies they could carry and head for the coast. It was a
long shot, but it was their only chance.

They set off at dawn, pushing through the jungle as quickly as they could. The
Saurus were hot on their heels, and the men fought bravely to hold them off. But
one by one, they fell to the relentless reptiles.

In the end, only Wilhelm was left. He stumbled through the jungle, barely able to
keep his feet. Just as he thought he couldn't go on any longer, he saw a glimmer of
hope on the horizon. It was the ocean, and salvation.

With a final burst of strength, Wilhelm reached the shore. He collapsed on the
beach, completely spent. And as he lay there, waiting for death, he saw a ship on
the horizon. It was a ship of the Empire, come to rescue him and his men.

Wilhelm wept with joy as he was carried aboard the ship. He knew that he and his
men had paid a heavy price for their journey to Lustria, but they had also gained
something far more valuable: a bond of brotherhood that would last a lifetime.
