1. In reference to the matter above, we are delighted to inform you that the school is going to
organise a field trip program to various historical and educational places, as to ignite the spirit
of patriotisme and enthusiasm among them for Merdeka Month. Please find the details of
program as below:
Time: 8.00 am – 4.45 pm
Date: 23/08/2022 (Tuesday)
Venue: Dataran Merdeka, Muzium Negara & Kraftangan Malaysia
2. Kindly refer the tentative below for your reference:

 8.15 – 9.10 am
 9.10 – 10.10 am
 10.10 – 10.20 am
 10.20 am – 12.45 pm
 12.45 – 1.00 pm
 1.00 – 1.50 pm
 1.50 – 2.15 pm
 2.15 – 4.00 pm
 4.00 – 4.30 pm
 4.30 – 4.45 pm
: Students gather at school compound
: Depart to Dataran Merdeka
: Activity #1 at Dataran Merdeka
: Depart to Muzium Negara
: Visit and Activity #2 at Muzium Negara

3. As to your acknowledgement, the school had collected RM 10 from each student to support
batik coloring activity fee at Kraftangan Malaysia, which cost RM 25 per person. We would like
to thank you for your cooperation and consideration in ensuring the smoothness of program.
 4. Also, the school would like to remind the students to bring a few recommended items for their
safety and comfort purposes.
