We are seeking an energetic, responsible Business Analyst to join our growing organization, who is responsible

for demonstrating creative innovation while ensuring critical project milestones are delivered. In this role, you will

draw upon business analysis & project management best practices to ensure the success of key initiatives while

supporting the mission and objectives of the business unit. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work

cross-functionally alongside subject-matter experts.

Skill Requirements
Ø   Analyze the business needs and develop proper technical requirements.

Ø   Coordinate with different stakeholders of the project to understand & prepare the scope of the work.

Ø Visualize different users and their actions in the proposed software solution.

Ø Understand wide variety of businesses and ability to recommend best software solution for specific client
needs.

Ø Analytical ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for improvements,
enhancements, creations of new features and applications.

Ø Create necessary flowcharts, process diagrams or mockups to convey the idea of the solution in the best
possible way.

Ø Demonstrate product features or full project to client/internal stakeholders.

Ø Preparation of functional or non-functional documents such as BRD, FRD, SOW, SRS, SDD, PMP, Case
Studies, User manuals etc. as per the company’s standard practices.

Ø Create detailed technical documentation of the projects/product.

Ø Work closely with the cross functional team (Development, Management, QA, Clients, etc.) to specify and
communicate Functional Requirements and Scopes of Work.

Ø Support a cross-functional team to successfully deliver releases by monitoring issues and maintaining
continuous follow-up.

Ø Perform project management activities to some extent.

    Ø Understanding Functional Requirements of a software product.

Ø Ability to create, update, manage, present Software Requirement Documentations, Hardware and Software
Configuration Documents, Wireframing, Process Diagrams, and User Story writing.

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ø  Flexible attitude and a knowledge-thirsty mind.

Ø  Deliver within deadlines at any cost.

B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/CSE/SE/CSSE or IT from any reputed university/Equivalent combination of education and

experience may be considered.

BBA/MBA/English (Business or accounting background preferable) graduates with experience in technology

companies in BA capacity are also encouraged to apply.


