Plant NUPPL Ghatampur (UP)under GE Power& LnT Power.
POSITION HELD : Site Manager. (ESP Duct and structure Pre
Assembly and Erection)
Duty Involve, Study of drawings, material shifting from store
yard and preassembly.
 Checking fit up as per drawings, Doing NDT and inspection
with clients.
 Erection of Assembled structures, with proper lifting plan.
 Making Protocols and preparing Bill's and getting certified
from clients.
 Motivate the work force with optimum utilization of all
resources. And maintaining good working environment with
safe practice & good housekeeping.

NATURE OF JOB
 Involved in Mechanical Activities, study of Drawings.
Connecting Pipeline with associated structures.

  System Priority Preparation, material issue from store for pipe
fabrication.
 Checking of civil, structural foundation for equipment erection.
 Preparation the plan to excavate the suitable area.
 Making Compaction and Preparation of sand bed for smooth
erection of pipe.
 Maximum and optimized resources utilization in line to work.
 Taking clearances for fit-up root welding NDT and final
welding.
 Punch point clearance and taking permission for Hydrotest.
 Gunniting, Coating of field joints and backfilling.
 Final Box up clearing Protocols certification of bill.
 Erection of Cw/Acw pumps and various static equipments.
 Erection of Coal Mill, Coal feeder, oil skeed etc.

NATURE OF JOB
 Coordination with Client and sub contractor for piping
erection and alignment as per ITP.
 Review of engineering packages. Piping drawings, piping
layouts detail inspection and construction work with all
mechanical and piping components.
 Preparation/review of spool pipe drawings for shop
fabrication and field erection work ,indicating shop weld and
field weld.
 Site Coordination with QHSE
 Pipe cut length calculations & detailing the pipeline with all
the fittings as per relevant Isometric drawings to avoid the
wastage.
 Procedural follow ups, such as piping loops ISO-clearances,
MC, Hydrotest, flushing, loop box assistance in pre-
commissioning and commissioning.
 Maximum and Optimized resources utilization.
 Involve in pre start up activities such as various levels of
PSSRs. MIQA audits, IBR inspections etc.
 Preparing daily, weekly and Monthly Reports for RFI log
P&M monitoring for RAG analysis.
 Preparing Minutes of Meeting for the topic discussed and
their compliances.
 Preparing stage wise and final protocols and getting certified
from clients. Running/final bill certification from clients.
