PRICING: Where luminaires are described as LED, they will be supplied fitted with appropriate LEDs. Luminaires for fluorescent, CFL, GLS
or discharge lamps are only supplied with lamp(s) where clearly stated. Should item number TR14001, carbon offsetting tree, appear
above, the price shown for it is strictly net and will not be subject to any further discounts. If any luminaires quoted above have dimming
gear, described either as “high frequency regulating (1-10v dimming)”, “DALI” or “DSI control gear” and the controls for these luminaires are
not being supplied by Thorlux, it is the responsibility of the appointed contractor to ensure compatibility with the chosen controls before
ordering. Thorlux will not be responsible for any costs associated with rectification or exchange after delivery.

The price quoted excludes VAT or local equivalent and duties (unless otherwise stated). Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those
applying at the time of delivery.

ORDERING: In the event of an order being placed against this quotation, please quote “Our Quotation Number” number (shown above)
on your order. If your order totals less than £300, carriage will be charged. A delivery charge of £40 will be levied for orders placed on
a call-off basis. Deliveries are normally un-palletised unless requested on your order where upon a charge of 0.5% of total invoice will
be levied.

QUANTITIES: The quantities given above reflect information available to us at the time of quoting. The final count of quantities sufficient
for completion of the project is entirely the responsibility of the appointed electrical contractor.

WEEE DIRECTIVE: This quotation is WEEE directive compliant. At the end of luminaire life, the end user is responsible to pay for disposal
either via the Thorlux compliance scheme or via an approved contractor of their choice. Lamp prices include an up-front levy for disposal

LIGHTING DESIGN: If Thorlux have previously provided design drawings that differ from this quotation Thorlux does not accept design
responsibility for this revision. If this quotation is based on drawings and design provided by others, Thorlux accepts no design responsibility.

COLUMNS : Lighting Columns will be delivered direct to the given address. Off-loading is not included and is the responsibility of the client.
A fork lift truck is recommended to minimise manual handling. Column deliveries to addresses within the London LEZ or ULEZ will incur a
charge.

LIGHTING CABLE MANAGEMENT (LCM) : If any fittings on this quotation are recessed and Smart or SmartScan versions, corresponding
