 TILING WORKS
• Rates for tile installation is included the cost of cement screed, colored cement, adhesive, etc.
as recommended by the manufacturer. The required amount of cement screed for laying the
tile is approximately 0.02m3 for 1 square meter of tile.
• Size of the tiles determines the number of tiles needed for 1 square meter of tile. An additional
of 5% is needed due to wastage. The table below shows the number of tiles needed for 1
square meter of tile.

 TILING WORKS
• An additional of 15% shall be made on the cost of labor to lay the tiles according to a
certain pattern which would take much longer than usual and this depends on the
difficulty of the design pattern directed. Table below shows the output of labour for
laying tile.
