Development in this information technology is inseparably connected to human life, it
may be said to be in tune or may be said to be balanced in carrying out activity. The most
widely used development of information technology and communication technologies is by
far the most widely connected range of people. The widely distributed development of
information technology in both the print and online newspapers presents everything about
the development across Indonesia as different.
Implementation of e-governance information technology, will bring governance more
efficient and effective in public services and internal administrative processes and
communication. Next, the e-government will take people to international cedar or
international relations patterns -- to build international networks through Internet access
media . Society is getting well-informed on all matters concerning public matters. This clearly

of the policies of the Finnish government. It can also be said that the governments of Finland
and its people have successfully collaborated with their common interests, and it can be said
that in this country its government is transparent in spreading information about the media
and what is happening in the country. So the people believed and were in a good
relationship for the common good, and made the country successful in doing obstetrics on
the part of its government and in all aspects of life.
