    Banchha Nidhi Seth, owner of Ranjan Graphics, wrote a letter to the branch manager of SBI Life Insurance requesting approval to increase the photocopy rate from Rs. 1.25 to Rs. 1.50 per copy effective August 2022. This was due to increases in the rates of photocopy paper and other machinery equipment. Seth asked the manager to approve the new rate so Seth could bill at the increased rate going forward.

    Respected Sir,

    With due respect, myself Banchha Nidhi Seth, Owner of Ranjan Graphics,
    Bhawanipatna. Sir due to heaver increases rate of Xerox paper and other related
    machinery equipment and peripheral items. We are slight increased our photocopy
    rate Rs. 1.25 to Rs. 1.50 per copy with effect from August' 2022.

    I therefore request you to kindly approve my the rate mentioned above and
    billed against my bill for the same I shall remain grateful and obliged.
