good afternoon, miss firda. First of all, I would like to say thank you so much for
coming to my campaign today. Let me introduction myself. I am Muhammad Abdan
Fikri. I am concerned about internet addiction. I want to explain to you the risks of
internet addiction.

Internet addiction is a growing concern, as more and more people rely on the
internet and technology for work, communication, and entertainment. While the
internet can bring many benefits,the internet can also have negative consequences,
both for individuals and society as a whole. such as impacting mental health,
relationships, and physical health.

If you are struggling with internet addiction, there are several steps you can take to
try to stop the behavior :

1. Set limits on internet use: One of the most effective ways to reduce the risks of
internet addiction is to set limits on the amount of time spent online.

2. Take breaks from the internet: It is important to take breaks from the internet .

provide the same benefits as internet use, such as socializing with friends and family,
engaging in hobbies.

With the right strategies and support, it is possible to overcome internet addiction
and develop healthy habits.

So set limits and take breaks from the internet, it is important to use the internet in
