    Details:
    Contact tracing in school is done referring from the Health declaration form filled up
    by the student, and the list of students in every class from which the patient belongs.
    At home, the people who live or stay with the patient.
    At the barangay or neighborhood, the playmates or anybody whom the suspect had
    contact with; and the people whom the patient had contact with in other places he/she
    recently visited.
    Contact tracing result is reported to the RHU for proper actions.
