I recently stayed a while in your hotel and wanted to give a report on my visit, because I was not
amused with it. After I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room because of
the reception was not recorded into your data bank. Moreover, the meeting room, where I wanted
to discuss with my clients was booked two times at the same period. Alternatively, we had to meet in
a much smaller room which was too tight for us. After the meeting I wanted to take a shower but the
towels were still wet from the guests before me. As I complained to the room service about my
problem, they meant their hotel policy is based on “environmental reasons”. I really do not think I
would recommend this hotel anybody.

Dear Mr Burr,
Thank you for your fax you sent. Of course, we would like to help you out with your demand. We
would like to offer you a 10% discount for your booking, if it lasts at least 2 years. Additionally, we
would not recommend you to book the W1, because you would need two spaces get 100m² which
costs more. Moreover, it has poor access and bad parking conditions. A better alternative would be
the circular storage. It has the following features:
