RATIONALE:
We’ve identified that the topics discussed in each event below are some of the priority
legal needs of the community. Although they have other needs, we have identified these
topics as not only essential, but also concerning areas that will more often have issues
or controversies. All individuals will also be able to make use of the information in the
areas chosen, not only landowners or complainants.

The subtopics focus on what we believe will be the most common issues the community
will face. We have also made sure to adjust the length of discussion for each subtopic to
give ample time for the more complex areas.
