Dear Mayor,

I am Paulo Paranhos, a resident of La Reina. I would like to bring to your notice that the
neighbors are cutting the street trees in a very badly way. It is not a case of vandalism, I
don`t doubt about the good intention of the neighbors of maintain the trees healthily and
in a good shape. Nevertheless, nobody really knows how to do it in a proper way. If this
situation doesn`t change, in a short period of time we will certainly have an accident duo
to the fall of a tree.

Discussing the issue with some neighbors we thought that the best solution would be to
educate the community about how to keep the trees in a proper way. Therefore, we would
like to ask you for some help in order to have specialists that could teach the community
during different periods of the year for having the right knowledge about the maintenance
of the trees depending on the season.
