- POD must be sent or faxed within 24 hours after delivery. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 charge.
- Failure to comply with the instructions listed will result in a fine of $100
- Double-brokering will result in no payment for the move
- Drivers are responsible for any toll violations incurred during their travel
- Any issues with the trailer during transit immediately inform Smart Freight. Repairs without approval would not be reimbursed.
