BEETROOT PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

Beetroot flour
Olive oil
Cottage cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow bell peppers
Chopped onions
Basil leaves
Pesto sauce
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes

30-40 Mins 2 People

METHOD:

> Take beetroot flour as required


> Add water and salt to it
> Knead a soft dough
> Add 1 tbsp olive oil over it
> Gently press and spread it in a circular shape
> Prick the base all over with a fork
> Now bake it on 250 for 25 minutes
> Spread pesto sauce over the pizza base
> Add cube cut bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes,
> Add basil leaves and cottage cheese over it
> Sprinkle salt, pepper, & chilli flakes
> Now bake again for 10 minutes
> Enjoy your beet pesto pizza!
