CAULIFLOWER BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

3 Eggs
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
2 Cups Cauliflower Flour
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Cups Oats Flour
Cheese
Coriander Leaves 40-45 Mins 2 People

METHOD:

> Take 3 whole eggs in a large bowl and beat until fluffy, add salt garlic
powder, baking powder, Rosemary and give it a proper mix.
> Add cauliflower flour, olive oil, and oats flour, mix everything gently to form
a thick batter, transfer the batter into a greased loaf tin, Generously top it
with cheese and coriander leaves.
> Bake it at 180C, in a preheated oven for approx 25-30 mins. Let it cool
down for sometime, then slice them into pieces.
