Bajra Methi Khakhra
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
> Add bajra flour, rice flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder,
methi leaves, salt, and ghee in a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
> Add some water into the mix and knead a smooth texture dough.
> Leave the dough to rest for around 10-15 minutes.
> Now, take a small portion of the dough and give it a round shape.
> Flatten it, and by sprinkling some bajra flour, give it a round shape with the
help of a rolling pin.
> Heat a tawa, place the rolled khakhra on it, and cook both sides well.
> Grease the khakhra with ghee and allow it to turn golden-brown
> Finally, your bajra khakhra is ready; serve it with tea or chutney, whichever
seems best.
