LEFTOVER ROTI

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon olive oil


1 medium onion
1 medium capsicum
½ bowl paneer chopped
Salt as per taste
1 Teaspoon Soya sauce
1 Teaspoon Chilli sauce

METHOD:

> In a pan add in some olive oil with some onions, capsicums, and paneer, you
can add in your choice of veggies as well, once done add your preferred
seasoning, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
> Cook this all for a while then, then take your plain leftover roti and put it on
a tawa, then add in your sauteed veggies in it, roll it out, enjoy with green
chutney or ketchup.

1 teaspoon Paneer mix sauce

> In a bowl add in your cheese, corn, capsicum, herbs, mix salt and pepper as
