SOYA CHUNK CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup soya chunks
2 Tablespoon besan
2 Tablespoon Boiled potato
½ Cup chopped Onion
1 Teaspoon Ginger
Coriander leaves
2-3 Green chillies
Mint leaves
¼ Teaspoon Cumin seeds
¼ Teaspoon Red chilli powder
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric powder
¼ Teaspoon Amchoor powder 40-45 Mins 1 People
¼ Teaspoon Chaat masala
¼ Teaspoon Garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Mustard oil

METHOD:

> Take your soya chunks and soak them in hot water for 30 min.
> Then squeeze the water out of it, and add it into the blender and blend
coarsely.
> Transfer it to a bowl, pour in the rest of the ingredients i.e besan, mashed
potato, onion, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, cumin seeds,
red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, chaat masala, garam
masala , salt as per taste, and mustard oil. Now mix everything well making sure
that the soya is well coated.
> Now start making round tikki or cutlets. Preheat the air fryer for 5 min at
180°C. Put the tikki in a basket one by one . Apply some oil, Air fry for 7 min
at 180°C.
> Flip them as they turn golden brown on both sides. Air fryer for 3-4 min at
180°C, Enjoy with chutney or ketchup.
