 Drum: Bideli coffee roaster is the most advanced roaster, it is use double wall of stainless steel drum which
conduct heat best and even heating. In the meantime, to avoid any black points on the coffee surface.

 Hopper: The hopper is made of 304 stainless steel which is portable and moveable, it keeps coffee beans
clean.

 Motors: The roaster is equipped with 4 independat motors, it can do the roasting and cooling job in the same
time.

 Gas burner: With 360°heating elements to provide even heated on the coffee beans.
 With manual damper control hot air volume which is more precisely in order to increase the coffee flavor.

 Safty control system 1: Our coffee roaster is most safty roaster, it have leakage protective device, and if you
failed to ignite, it will give an alarm to let people know. In the same time, the solenoid valve will lock
automatically to stop the gas coming into the roaster.

 Safty control system 2: It is equipped with another safty control for roasting time, once the roasting time reachs
to setting time, it will give an alarm, in case the people go away from roaster during roasting process.

 Safty control system 3: The temperature tables can be preset as per customer's request(normally we setup at
250 degree already), when the actual roasting temperature reachs to setting temperature, the roaster will cut
off the gas and stop heating up; When temperature drops below the preset one(drop around 10 degree), the
burner will restart and heat up automatically, the temperature keeps in same preset value all the time.
 Roaster Structure & Feature

Double layer of stainless steel drum

The double layer drum which is heated from the outside layer. The
heat from the outside layer to the space which is between the first
layer and second layer, then pass the heat to the second layer by the
hot air. This design can completely eradicate to radiate heat into the
second layer directly, avoid to cause the black point on the roasted
beans’ surface, make roasting beans heated to expands fully. Gas Burner

Double layer of stainless steel inner layer

Choosing special insulated material as inner layer of body shell which

is filled in the inner layer to achieve thermal insulation effect. Following
the principle of the hot air upwards to take away the heat on the outer
of the stainless steel shell to reduce the temperature of the outer shell,
avoiding scald. Also achieve thermal insulation effect, energy
conservation, reducing the roasting time during the beans in the
continue roasting process, heating evenly.

Bideli roaster is assembled with die casting steel panel for the
roasting side panel, it can provide excellent insulation effect and
keep stable temperature duirng roasting, it can save energy and
ensure the coffee flavor. while other roasters in China are using
stainless steel material. It is easy to drop the temperature inside the
drum after finishing last batch roasting and continue to roast
another batch.

With two sets of good quality of thermocouples are equipped with

precise postition of drum inside and air outlet to check the beans
and air temperature.

Option 3: Vacuum Pressure Gauge (US$50)

Function:
Controlling airflow is very important during roasting, normally, we
control airflow is only by manual damper. But once you forget to
clean up the exhuast pipe and exhuast fan motor in time, the dust
and peels may block the pipe or motor, or if you use roaster under
the bad weather(like strong wind, heavy rain etc.) you may not get
exact pressure value in drum by manual damper.

The hot air pressure gauge can help you to get the real airflow
pressure value in any condition, that makes your roast more
precisely. By using it, your roasting will be more precise.
