5 Day Diet Plan 14-18 April

Exercise Every Day 1hour minimum

8:00am Morning Drink

1 tbsp cumin (roasted)


300m Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch cayenne pepper

Boil the roasted cumin 4 – 5 mins until water changes colour


Add pinch of cayenne and tsp lemon juice and drink warm to hot

10:00am – Breakfast
Oats & Fruit

12noon – Lunch

2:00pm - 1 cup tea, apple or cucumber

4:00pm 1 cup tea

6:00pm Boiled Eggs or Oats

Drink 8-10 glasses water
