A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO AWARD TO CNB MARKETING & HARDWARE

CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES: PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF FOOTWALK.

WHEREAS, the approved budget for Procurement materials for the Construction of Footwalk is
One hundred thirty-nine thousand five hundred pesos only (Php 139,500.00);

WHEREAS, on October 1, 2022 the Bids and Award committee conducted a public Bidding and
a post-qualification evaluation in accordance with the Revise IRR of R.A 9184 Otherwise known
as the government procurement reform act.

WHEREAS, before the deadline for the submission of bidding documents, the sealed envelope
of three (3) different suppliers was dropped on the bid box set up by the BAC in the Barangay
Lumbia Multipurpose hall;

WHEREAS, in the course of the evaluation of the bids by the BAC the following are the result:

WHEREAS, per Evaluation, the proposal of CNB MARKETING HARDWARE &

CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES to be compliant with the technical specifications and complete
Eligibility Requirements;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, WE, the members of the Bids and
Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to:

1. Declare CNB MARKETING HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES as the

bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid with a bid amounting to One hundred
thirty-eight

thousand six hundred sixty-nine pesos (Php 138,669.00) for the contract: CNB MARKETING
HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES of Barangay Lumbia, Estancia, Iloilo.; and

2. Recommend for Approval by the Punong Barangay the foregoing findings/recommendations.
