PRESENTATION S.Y. 2020-2021

NARRATIVE REPORT

Tuyom Elementary School successfully conducted the Second Quarter School Monitoring,
Evaluation and Adjustment held on March 12, 2021 at exactly 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Tuyom Elementary
School, Tuyom, Cauayan, Negros Occidental. It was participated by the Principal Mr. Raymundo M. Caya
Jr., Teachers, PTA officer, Brgy. Officials and the President of the SPG.
The presentation started by the Emcee Sir Ryan Jude Dela Paz, it was opened by a prayer led by
Ma’am Cheryll Lynn V. Videña, and the singing of our National Anthem conducted by Ma’am Phebe A. Rivera.
The Opening Remarks was given by Ma’am Rene L. Indoso and the food for thought was then delivered by
Ma’am Joe Vi Ann A. Moncatar.
The presentation of the SMEA is headed by the Principal, Sir Raymundo M. Caya Jr. and he
discussed these following data:
1. Access
 Enrolment (as of March 2021)
 Drop-out
 Transferred –out
 Nutritional Status and Feeding Beneficiaries
2. Quality
 Reading Levels
 MPS
 MOOE (First Quarter)
 School Personnel
 PTA Project
 SBM-WINS
 Home Visitation
The participation and cooperation of every stakeholders were evident during the SMEA presentation.
The participants were well-informed and also they extended their helping hands in the preparation for the
Gulayan and SBM-WINS facility. Snacks were also served for the participants.
We ended the activity with a prayer led by Ma’am Lucille I. Braza. The presentation was successful
and fruitful with the cooperation of everyone.
