Subject: Blood Donation Camp

Sir,

All the parents of the respective students of our college are hereby informed that our school is going
to oraganise a Blood Donation Camp associating with the Red Cross. The students have been already
given a participation notice for that purpose. We will be highly obliged if you are willing to take part
in this great movement. Trained Phlebotomists will be inaugurated to the noble occasion i.e., for
collecting the blood donations. Parents consent and and 18+ age is necessary for students to donate
blood.
