Matlab and Simulink:

Matlab and Simulink in electrical vehicles used for to improve model, simulate, develop
batteries, motors and model-based design. With MATLAB and Simulink, we can:

 Use Model-based system engineering to design complex EV architectures and optimize

systems
 Model batteries and develop battery management systems (BMS)
 Model fuel cell systems (FCS) and develop fuel cell control systems (FCCS)
 Model traction motors and develop Motor Control Units (MCU)
 Deploy, integrate, and test control algorithms
 Use data-driven workflows and artificial intelligence (AI) in EV development

Ansys Maxwell:
Ansys offers a complete workflow that progresses from concept design to detailed
electromagnetics, thermal and mechanical analyses of the motor. It is used for template-based
design, 2D and 3D FE electromagnetic analysis, thermal management with system cooling
optimization and NVH reduction.

Embedded C:
 Embedded C controls the power electronics devices.
 Performs fundamental tasks such as power flow control and battery management
 The ultra-capacitor and the battery are two energy resources with different
dynamics, features, and specifications, their integration needs an effective energy
management strategy realized by an embedded system, to provide optimal
performance
