HVAC DRAWING CHECKLIST

1 Heat load calculations shall be approved prior to AC drawing approval

Mechanical equipments shown on layout are mentioned in equipment schedule with proper type,size and capacity

as per approved HAP

3 Type of duct materials, Vibration isolators for the equipments shown in details

4 Diffusers/Grilles schedule showing type, size, airflow, throw, NC levels, etc

5 Round duct shown for the areas where there is no ceiling

6 VCDs are shown on all duct branches as per specification.

7 All supply, return ,fresh and extract air duct sizes and airflows are shown on layout

8 Garbage rooms/chute, Linen chute, kitchen etc have provided with adequate extract air system.

9 Return air openings provided in the ceiling if the return air non ducted till the bell mouth(Collection location).

Acoustic lining to be shown for supply & return ducts 3m in length. And also for supply diffuser plenums shall be

provided with acoustic lining.

11 Mall provided treated fresh air and extract to be connected to tenant FCU and dining space

12 Thermostat location are shown for all AHUs, FCUs and VAVs

13 Drain valve & Access door shown for KED at the lowest point (Before the riser)

14 Condensate drain provision is shown for AHUs,FCUs, FAHU with Drain pump interlink with thermostat

15 Check whether all FCUs and piping are no crossing the DB, SMDBs

16 CHW valve Package, access platform shown for FCU & accessable for operation.

17 All chilled water pipe sizes & Flow rate are shown on layout. Verify pipe sizes with approved unit selection.

18 Chilled water piping shall be provided with vapor barrier

19 Kitchen equipment layout & Equipment data sheets are provided

20 Kitchen ventilation calculations to be submitted considering -ve pressure in kitchen.

21 Kitchen hood VFD controller to be interfaced with MAHU

22 Kitchen Make-up air unit to be provided with Sandtrap louver. Sound attenuator to be provided if required.

23 Roof Ecology unit shall be provided with ESP, Carbon & charcoal filters. Extract air louver to be provided.

24 All the roor MEP ducting and piping shall be provided with insulation and cladding.

25 Schedule for all the Equipment & components shown in the drg as per approved HAP
