BACKGROUND AND EXAMPLE OF
CONSECUTIVE NUMBERS
Consecutive numbers meaning is “The numbers
which continuously follow each other in the order from
smallest to largest.”
Any pair of predecessors and successors have a
fixed difference. If we denote the first number as n, then n,
n+1, n+2, n+3, n+4, and so on will be the consecutive
numbers in the sequence.

n, then n, n+1, n+2, n+3, n+4,

SUMMARY (Alcantara)
The product of consecutive integers is a mathematical concept that
involves multiplying a series of numbers together, where each number in the series is
one more than the previous number. For example, the product of the first three
consecutive integers (1, 2, 3) is 1 * 2 * 3 = 6. There are several properties and
patterns that can be observed when analyzing the product of consecutive integers.
One property is that the product of an even number of consecutive integers will
always be even, while the product of an odd number of consecutive integers will
always be odd. This is because the product of any even number of integers will
always include an even number of 2s in its prime factorization, which results in an
even product. On the other hand, the product of any odd number of integers will not
include an even number of 2s in its prime factorization, resulting in an odd product.
Another pattern that can be observed is that the product of consecutive integers will
always be divisible by the number of integers being multiplied together.
SUMMARY (Alcantara)
For example, the product of the first four consecutive integers (1, 2, 3, 4) is
1 * 2 * 3 * 4 = 24, which is divisible by 4. This pattern is a result of the fact that the
product of consecutive integers is a multiple of the least common multiple (LCM) of
the integers being multiplied together, and the LCM of a set of consecutive integers
is equal to their product. In addition, the product of consecutive integers can also
be expressed as a factorial. For example, the product of the first four consecutive
integers (1, 2, 3, 4) can also be written as 4!, which is equal to 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 24. This
relationship between the product of consecutive integers and factorials can be
used to simplify calculations and make it easier to work with large numbers. Overall,
the product of consecutive integers is a useful mathematical concept that can be
used in a variety of contexts and has several interesting properties and patterns.
SUMMARY (Gosim)
To make it short, the product of consecutive integers is a useful
mathematical concept that can be used in many different contexts and
has interesting properties and patterns. We all known that consecutive
numbers are numbers follow each other from smallest to highest number
such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on. One of the patterns of consecutive integers
is any two successive odd or even integers have a difference of two. In any
sequence of n consecutive integers, there will be exactly one number that
is divisible by n. On the other hand, in properties, the product of an even
number ofconsecutive integers will always be even, while if the product of
an odd number of consecutive integers will always be odd.
SUMMARY (persa)
In summary, Consecutive numbers are those numbers in descending
order from smallest to highest in order. We can get the product of the
consecutive number by multiplying all of the numbers. We investigate that the
product of the consecutive numbers is always even if there are at least two
even numbers on the given. Also if the given are all even. We conclude that
the product of the consecutive number is always divisible by the number of
integers that we multiply. We can get the product of the number even if the
numbers are not in descending order and can still be divisible by the number of
integers that we multiply. So in this investigation, we know that there are
patterns in this mathematical concept of product in consecutive numbers that
will help other students to know the one of the divisors on the product.
SUMMARY (Rapisa)
We already know what the words product and consecutive mean. We can calculate
the product of a set of numbers by multiplying them together. Consecutive numbers are those
that come after each other in descending order from smallest to largest. To get the Product of
consecutive numbers, we will multiply the consecutive numbers by each other. There are
various types of consecutive numbers or integers, but we will concentrate on Positive
consecutive numbers for the time being. In accordance with investigation the one property of
the product of consecutive integers is that the products are even numbers. Another interesting
pattern is that the product of consecutive integers is always divisible by the number of integers
multiplied together. The product of the first four consecutive integers (1, 2, 3, 4) is, for example, 1
* 2 * 3 * 4 = 24, which is divisible by 4. Furthermore, the product of the consecutive numbers is
divisible by its multiplier. For example, 24 is divisible by 1, 2, 3, and 4. We also discovered that
the products are divisible by not just by 2 but also by 3 and 6. The investigation also revealed
that the Factorial is involved in the process of obtaining the product of consecutive numbers. We
are all aware that Factorial can be written as 4! Or 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24. It still displays the same
procedure and results.
