COMES NOW, THE DEFENDANTS, through the undersigned counsel, unto this
Honorable Court most respectfully AVERS that:

1. Honorato Tupay is a resident of Tipolohon, Camaman-an and has been a

resident thereat for more than 10 years.

2. Wennife Ambag Longgay has been residing at Tipolohan, Camaman-an

since 2006. That before she started building her residence at the said
location, the entire area was wooded, surrounded with tall grass and had no
signs that the property had been owned.
