JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT WITNESS WENNIFE AMBAG

LONGGANAY
I, Wennife Ambag Longganay, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen, with residence address at Tipolohon, Camaman-an state under oath
as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
The person examining me is Atty. Edward Rey Ebao Sasam, with
address at Door 7, 4C’s Flats, 9-29 St., Brgy. Nazareth, Cagayan de Oro
City. The examination is being held at Zone 3, Camp Evangelista, Patag,
Cagayan de Oro City. To the best of my personal knowledge, belief, basing
on authentic records available, I am answering his questions fully conscious
that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony
and perjury.
PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of Wennife Longganay is being
offered to prove the following that:

1.) She has been residing at Tipolohon, Camaman-an for more than 10
years.
2.) When she first settled in the above mentioned location, there was
no indication that the land belonged to any person.
3.) She has already built a house at said location and has even installed
electricity to her residence.

1.) Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the
record.

A. I am Wennife Longganay, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,

residing at Tipolohon, Camaman-an.

2.) Q. Are you willing to tell the truth, nothing but the truth in this case?

A. Yes sir.

3.) Q. Why are you executing this affidavit?

A. I am here to give a sworn statement by way of judicial affidavit,

the same to constitute as my direct testimony in the above-
captioned case.

4.) Q. Do you know herein plaintiff?

A. No sir. I only first met them when they summoned me to the

barangay.

5.) Q. Do you know your other defendants?

A. Yes sir. They are my neighbors in the aforementioned location.

6.) Q. When did you first reside in Tipolohon, Camaman-an?

 A. I have been residing in Tipolohon, Camaman-an since 2006.

7.) Q. When you first settled in Tipolohon, Camaman-an, were there any
indication that the land was owned by any person?

A. No sir.

8.) Q. So you only saw tall grass, some trees and nothing else?

A. Yes sir.

9.) Q. Did you build your house there at Tipolohon, Camaman-an?

A. Yes sir.

10.) Q. What did you do in order to build your house?

A. I bought and laid down some gravel in order to erect my house.

11.) Q. I am showing to you a picture pre-marked as Exhibit “3”, do you

recognize what is in this picture?

A. Yes, that is my house in the picture.

12.) Q. Was there anything else that was added to your house?
A. Yes, in 2009 I planted a mahogany tree near my house.

13.) Q. I am showing to you a picture pre-marked as Exhibit “4”, do you

recognize what is in this picture?

A. Yes, that this the Mahogany tree that I planted in 2009.

14.) Q. Did you connect your house to the electric grid after it was built?

A. Yes sir.

15.) Q. When was that?

A. That was on 2009 sir.

16.) Q. I am showing to you a document pre-marked as Exhibit “2”, what

is the relevance of this document?
 A. That is the proof of my aforementioned statement that I was in
occupation since 2009.

17.) Q. When did the defendant summon you and the other defendants to
the barangay?

A. 2019 sir.

18.) Q. Who was called with you to the barangay?

A. There were only three of us namely, Minda Maghanoy, Alice

Nillos and me.

19.) Q. What happened after that?

A. A re-survey was agreed upon in the barangay.

20.) Q. Do you have anything more to say?

A. None for the moment.

21.) Q. Are you willing to sign this judicial affidavit to convey your
concurrence?

A. Yes sir, I am willing.
