    Procedures

    The researcher interviewed the participants in order to determine the availability of schools for
    conducting the study about the impact of physical education classes on health and quality of life during
    the COVID-19. The researcher used to guide questions for the interview to gather essential and sufficient
    information that will answer the objective of the study.

    Research Method

    The participatory method of research was used in this study. Participatory research methods are
    geared towards planning and conducting the research process with those people whose life-world and
    meaningful actions are under study.

    The researcher interviewed the students of Colleges of Education to gather preliminary data
    from the study regarding on his/her experience during the COVID-19 impact the physical education
    classes on health and quality of life.
