Write a paper explaining how science and technology is connected to

the DTIA Innovation Policy and how these would benefit society.

As the world has evolved, different advancements have occurred and

are still occurring. People have benefited from modernization because it
clearly makes our life easier to live. It acts as a bridge to success by
consistently seeking its greatest performance and pushing its limits.

Science is a deliberate method of gaining knowledge and improving

abilities that incorporates observation and experimentation, whereas
technology is the practical application of science that helps improve the
quality of life. Science is a methodical investigation, and technology is the
result. Thus, these two have been intertwined as both is needed to have an
outcome. On the other way around, DTIA Innovation Policy or The Data
Transfer Impact Assessment ("DTIA") is a newcomer to privacy and data
protection law. It presents a procedure for identifying and mitigating risks
associated with the processing of personal data as early as possible.

Moreover, the science and technology is interconnected to the DTIA

innovation policy since technology exposure in today’s time is rising, people
have been very acquainted with the modern way of living. Some would
directly provide their data and also hacker can easily acquire the data given
by certain individuals. Thus, as the innovations have been strengthened,
protection of the data have been practiced as well. This has been the result
also of the science’s observation and experimentation and the technology’s
application of knowledge.

The essence of how science and technology contribute to society is the

discovery of new knowledge and then the use of that knowledge to improve
human life and solve societal problems. The DTIA innovation policy is
beneficial in boosting human health safeguards, lowering environmental risks,
avoiding negative consequences, increasing good benefits, and improving
awareness of project impacts through feedback from Indigenous peoples and
the general public.

We must admit that science and technology have led human society to
the pinnacle of living perfection. In the lens of education it would give students
an understanding of how various processes of knowledge are launched and
progressed, as well as how innovative technological processes are invented,
exploited, and grow in importance. However, we must use everything with
caution and to a limited amount. Misapplication of science and technology can
have negative repercussions. As a result, we must monitor usage and
exercise caution in our actions. This would be possible through the
advancements of the Data Transfer Impact Assessment (DTIA) Innovation
Policy to give individuals control over their personal data and to assist
organizations in the lawful usage of personal data. It would then move on to
the creation of new knowledge and the application of that knowledge to
improve human life and solve societal problems.
