Dear Sir,
Reference to above mentioned project and subject, we are pleased to submit our quotation for Multi V installation works as
indicated in attached BOQ.

1 Installation price of Multi-V System 499,880.00

Total Installation final price without VAT (SAR) 499,880.00

Scope of Work:
Supply and installation of necessary copper pipes (KOREAN BRAND) and joints with proper insulation as per LG
- recommendation.

- Installation of supplied IDU's & ODU's

- Connection to the nearest drain point within maximum 1.5 meter from the unit .
- Supply the required Refrigerant Freon R-410.
Only Termination of Power cable to IDUs & ODUs. All power sources & disconnect switches, liquid tight conduit for
-
IDU & ODU to be provided by others.
- Testing and Commissioning for all systems.

Note :
- All the quantities are estimated only, to get the budget value of the project
The quotation will be subjected to change based on the final proposal or design modification/ approved layout from
-
client/ consultant

- Each items quantities will be measured according to the final approved shop drawing or actual work done on site

General Exclusions works :

Supply of electric source for outdoor/Indoor units & equipment's working in (380V/3ph/60hz)or
- (220V/1ph/60hz) with breakers & disconnect switches & required cables, liquid tight conduit as per LG
requirements.(in case required from HGISC, the price will be discussed with RCU latter on ).

Providing drain point for connection.(in case required from HGISC, the price will be discussed with RCU
- separately latter on as the prject conditions)

All civil works like making holes required for pipes, breaking, tiling, plastering, redecorating and wooden frames
- around the Air conditioners openings, pipe sleeves & sealant and concrete or steel base for outdoor units & lifting
(crane) units etc.
- Providing embedded conduit/box for Thermostat.
- Providing any type of scaffolding, scissor lifts & fork lifts
- Providing MCC/DDC panels, starters, VFD or control panel & BMS System for equipment's
- Providing dampers, louvers, motorized dampers or sensors & any item not included in our offer
- Providing TAB works
- Providing power source for Installation works.
- Providing Site store for storage of material.
- Removing of any existing items, If needed will be charged separately with other Price Quotation

 Installation Period:
The period of implementing and performing all the works will be agreed later from the date of contract and the receipt
of first payment and if there is no delay in site preparation.
Warranty Period:
One year from the date of job completion and final acceptance.
Payments:
40 % Down payment
60% against progress invoice
Validity:
This proposal valid for 30 days from the mentioned date and subject to change due to customs tariff or any
added tariff by government
